The Story
behind ON WINGS OF
EAGLES
A
precious lady was signing my
web-page guest book and saw
that someone had connected a
very evil web-page to my
guest book. She sent me a
copy to alert me about it. I
e-mailed her back that I was
on the team of an Internet
Ministry and that our
function was to sign into
these evil sites and sign the
guest book and invite them to
a Christian site and we
sometimes got unfavorable
results.
She
said when she was in prayer
the next day, the Lord laid
it upon her heart to stand in
the gap for me and keep me
covered in prayer. Praise God
another prayer warrior to
cover us. We got to chatting
back and forth and I found
out she is due for some very
serious surgery in June and
of course is very concerned.
She said she was out in the
country and just put her face
in here hands and said
"God - please take good
care of me." When she
opened her eyes there was an
eagle circling over her head
and she had great peace.
The
way the Lord has given me my
poetry is when I see a
hurting person, I ask the
Lord if He has a word for
them, this is my way of
praying for them. So when I
read this, I just ask
"Lord do you have a word
for her?" My heart
become so filled and
overflowed with this poem for
this precious lady.
